An exciting opportunity: Slovenian Speaking Technical Support! We're looking for someone to start immediately in this Remote role. You'll leverage your skills in Fluency in Slovenian and English to succeed. This position comes with a salary of $30k - $45k per Year.

The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for a Slovenian Speaking Technical Support Representative, who will work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will provide vital technical support to our Slovenian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and resolving technical issues with exceptional service. Your contributions will be key to ensuring a positive experience and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Deliver outstanding technical support to customers in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat, effectively addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting challenges.
  • Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage to maximize their satisfaction and product performance.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry advancements to provide informed technical support.
  • Help develop and refine support documentation and resources for customer self-service.
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and empathy.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and proficient in working independently in a remote environment.
