Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information about the streaming service, including subscription plans, content availability, and technical support.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to account access and streaming quality.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest features and updates of the streaming service to provide relevant assistance.

• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written, with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with online streaming services and digital content delivery is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
