Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide accurate information about the streaming service, including subscription plans, content availability, and technical support.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to account access and streaming quality.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest features and updates of the streaming service to provide relevant assistance.
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written, with strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with online streaming services and digital content delivery is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
