You will handle inquiries related to our products and services, provide assistance in resolving issues, and ensure a positive overall experience for our customers. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Offer high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, order status, and service-related issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about company products, features, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
