We are currently seeking a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Anti-Financial Crime Unit. You will utilize your language skills to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring their concerns and queries are addressed promptly and accurately. Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Japanese-speaking clients regarding anti-financial crime inquiries.
  • Handle customer service requests effectively and professionally through multiple channels.
  • Assist in identifying suspicious activities and reporting them according to compliance protocols.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about policies, procedures, and regulations relating to anti-financial crime.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer service and compliance processes.
  • Conduct follow-ups on client queries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document relevant information accurately.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within financial services or regulatory environments.
  • Strong understanding of anti-financial crime regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex client inquiries.
  • Proficient with computer systems and software, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
