Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Online Music & Podcast Department! In this engaging role, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking users, providing outstanding support and assistance as they explore our diverse collection of music and podcasts. Your language skills will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about music and podcasts and enjoy helping others. You will work in a dynamic environment, assisting users with their inquiries and helping them make the most of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with questions regarding account support, playlist management, and streaming issues
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address user concerns and ensure resolutions
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user experience
  • Collect user feedback to inform service improvements and updates
  • Engage in training sessions to stay updated on platform features and best practices
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the music or entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
