Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this essential junior position role, you will provide dedicated support to our Hungarian-speaking clients, helping them navigate our online marketplace and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and customer service. Your ability to connect with customers and resolve their inquiries will be a key element in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our users.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Hungarian via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist clients with questions about our marketplace platform, including product listings and order management
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address and resolve issues
  • Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the marketplace effectively
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our services
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
