We are seeking a passionate Nordic Speaking Customer Support! Based in Remote, this role is available for an immediate start. Key to this role is your expertise in Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and English. The compensation for this role is $30k - $40k per Year.

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce a position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our client's Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this entry level role, you will serve as a crucial resource for our Nordic-speaking users, providing them with expert assistance and ensuring they have a seamless experience while navigating our platform. Your language skills will be pivotal in creating connections and understanding the unique needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with inquiries regarding product listings, orders, and payment issues
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
  • Provide guidance on best practices for using the marketplace effectively
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for service enhancement
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about platform features and updates
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused approach with a dedication to service excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software
