Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representatives for a prestigious Jewelry brand, available in a remote capacity from Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-tier customer service and have a keen interest in luxury jewelry.


Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding jewelry products, order tracking, and after-sales service.
  • Offer detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance customer purchasing decisions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with a high degree of professionalism and care.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the jewelry collection to facilitate informed client conversations.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and queries in the CRM system for effective follow-up and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) as well as English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the luxury retail or jewelry sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of customer service best practices and luxury market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a knack for managing complex client inquiries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a remote work environment.
