Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Guide clients through the use of the company’s software and services, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive service records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Actively contribute to improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
