We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking Industry, offering a remote position based in Greece. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for finance, customer service, and who enjoy assisting clients with their banking needs in Spanish.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with queries related to account management, transactions, and financial products.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up on outstanding queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex financial queries and enhance service delivery.
  • Educate customers about banking processes, new offerings, and security protocols.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer assistance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
