- Engage with Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver accurate information about our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and work towards positive resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to fostering a customer-centric culture within the remote team.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
