Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking airline customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Resolve complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information about airline policies, services, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and airline practices to provide informed assistance.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (native level) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to work remotely and adapt to a flexible work environment.
