Key Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Danish and English
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order management
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers accurately
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
