Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities:
- Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese for various inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Assist customers with understanding product features and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices
- Contribute to positive team dynamics and performance goals
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
