Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Provide detailed product information and support to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company offerings
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
  • No prior experience necessary; ideal for recent graduates
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service platforms are preferred
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
