In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and other travel services. Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings and inquiries.
• Assist customers with their travel arrangements, change requests, and problem resolution.
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on travel destination trends, special offers, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
