Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved effectively.
• Assist with order processing, issue resolution, and provide solutions to customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new environment.
