Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding various banking services.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and banking products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and problem resolution.
• Stay informed about banking products, services, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer support, particularly within the banking or financial sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a remote setting.
