Key Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding search engine features and functionalities.
- Provide personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify and resolve technical issues faced by users during their search engine interactions.
- Educate clients on effective strategies to improve their online visibility in search engines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and drive improvements to services.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and solutions offered.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a digital or technical support context.
