Icelandic Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant - Remote

We are seeking a passionate Icelandic Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant - Remote! An immediate start is available for this Remote-based position. Key to this role is your expertise in Fluency in Icelandic. We offer a $40k - $70k per Year.

In this role, you will provide specialized consultation and support to Icelandic-speaking clients, helping them enhance their search engine strategies and optimize their online visibility. Responsibilities

• Engage with Icelandic-speaking customers to deliver customized consultations on search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and provide effective solutions.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored strategies to improve their online presence.
• Educate clients on product features, best practices, and effective advertising techniques to maximize search engine performance.
• Document all client interactions and gather feedback to enhance service offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and search engine technologies.

• Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their goals in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
