Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product selection, usage instructions, and troubleshooting issues related to e-cigarettes.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and developing a solution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with questions about features and benefits.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to inform product improvements and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes within the consumer services sector to better assist customers.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with e-cigarette products is highly desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
