This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and customer service, and who wish to support Finnish-speaking clients in navigating their telecommunications needs.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to telecommunications services.
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the company’s database.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Enhance customer experience by actively listening and responding to their needs and feedback.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• A genuine interest in technology and telecommunications.
