Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries about telecommunications services, billing, technical support, and product features.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on telecommunications products and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common telecommunications issues.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
