Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant in our Online Media Department. This position is crucial for delivering unparalleled support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them in navigating our search engine services effectively to enhance their online marketing strategies. Your proficiency in the Italian language, complemented by a strong customer service aptitude, will be essential in driving client success.

As a Customer Consultant, you will engage with clients to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot operational issues, and advise them on best practices for maximizing their online presence. This role provides a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients regarding our search engine services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to online media campaigns
  • Document and manage client interactions to ensure timely follow-up
  • Educate clients on best practices for search engine optimization and advertising strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve customer experience
  • Gather client feedback to inform service enhancements and offerings
  • Engage in continuous training to keep up with industry advancements and technologies
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence

  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within online media or digital marketing, is a plus
