This position is crucial for delivering unparalleled support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them in navigating our search engine services effectively to enhance their online marketing strategies. Your proficiency in the Italian language, complemented by a strong customer service aptitude, will be essential in driving client success.
As a Customer Consultant, you will engage with clients to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot operational issues, and advise them on best practices for maximizing their online presence. This role provides a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients regarding our search engine services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to online media campaigns
- Document and manage client interactions to ensure timely follow-up
- Educate clients on best practices for search engine optimization and advertising strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve customer experience
- Gather client feedback to inform service enhancements and offerings
- Engage in continuous training to keep up with industry advancements and technologies
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within online media or digital marketing, is a plus
