• Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in remote work settings.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
