In this position, you will assist Polish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that fosters customer loyalty. If you're passionate about e-commerce and enjoy helping others, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Swiftly resolve customer inquiries related to e-commerce products and services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of available products to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Document customer interactions for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance the overall customer experience and service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep your knowledge and skills up to date.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in the e-commerce sector, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A friendly, adaptable approach to customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
• Willingness to be part of a collaborative team while working from Greece.
