Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for effective internal communication.
• Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and improving their experiences.
