- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating financial transactions effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining thorough records for quality assurance and future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries, ensuring customers receive timely and effective solutions.
- Stay informed about current products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance and recommendations.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are fully satisfied with the services provided.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about the platform and digital payment trends.
- Fluency in Norwegian and proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fintech or digital payments sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing time and responsibilities efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- A genuine interest in digital payment technologies and financial solutions is an advantage; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
