Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Czech, helping clients with inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines, including troubleshooting and product features.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively and maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions.
- Collaborate with the product team to escalate technical inquiries and facilitate the resolution of complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and developments to provide clients with current information.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Engage in continuous learning through training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Czech and proficient English communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the high-end retail or coffee sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for documenting customer interactions.
- A passion for coffee and an understanding of coffee machines is a plus, although training will be provided.
