Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in Czech, helping clients with inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines, including troubleshooting and product features.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Document customer interactions comprehensively and maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to escalate technical inquiries and facilitate the resolution of complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and developments to provide clients with current information.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Czech and proficient English communication skills are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the high-end retail or coffee sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for documenting customer interactions.
  • A passion for coffee and an understanding of coffee machines is a plus, although training will be provided.
