- Serve Dutch-speaking customers by providing outstanding support and guidance regarding premium coffee appliances.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, delivering accurate information and solutions.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Stay updated on product lines, features, and promotions to inform and assist customers accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- A genuine interest in coffee and familiarity with coffee appliances is a plus.
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
