Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients from your home office.
  • Manage inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to assist clients seamlessly.
  • Document customer interactions and gather feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and development programs to expand your skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural journey.
