Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Slovenian through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, and content offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
  • Work closely with team members to identify recurring issues and enhance service quality.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and Warner Bros. Discovery's offerings to provide informed support.

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are desirable.
