Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and issues.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services to enhance customer understanding.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and potential improvements in service delivery.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help shape future service improvements.
  • Stay informed about product updates to provide timely and relevant information to customers.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with customers.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with customer support tools and technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently in a remote setting.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for customer service.
  • Willingness to move to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
  • Have a valid EU passport.
