Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Online Streaming Media Department. In this engaging role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to our streaming services, helping them navigate content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth viewing experience. Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions, resolving technical problems, and providing information about subscription plans and features. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to online streaming services.
  • Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and content navigation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Educate customers about available content, features, and subscription options.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in streaming media and technology.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the online media or technology sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in online streaming platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
