Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide dedicated support to Dutch-speaking customers in their search engine inquiries and optimization needs.
• Deliver personalized consulting sessions to develop tailored search strategies that align with client goals.
• Engage with clients through phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Organize and conduct training seminars to enhance client knowledge of search engine best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data is updated in our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client feedback is integrated into our service offerings.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the search engine landscape to provide expert advice.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset for assessing client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and search engine optimization tools is a plus.
• Self-organized and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
