Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Monitor online platforms and communities to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards in Italian.
- Moderate and review user-generated content, maintaining quality and appropriateness in line with platform policies.
- Engage with users positively, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
- Document and report any issues or violations to the management team as needed.
- Provide suggestions to enhance moderation processes and community engagement initiatives.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and effective practices in online moderation.
- Collaborate with team members to enrich the community through shared insights and strategies.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- Prior experience in online moderation or community management is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills focused on user engagement and support.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing various tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and open-mindedness in handling various online interactions.
- Familiarity with community management tools and platforms is advantageous.
