Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding online bookstore services.
• Provide detailed information about book selections, availability, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to orders and account management promptly.
• Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service and offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in retail or online services, is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
• Enthusiasm for books and literature is a strong plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
