We are seeking a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service! An immediate start is available for this Remote-based position. A background in Fluency in Dutch and English will be highly beneficial. You can expect a salary of $24k - $36k per Year for this role.

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Veterinary Services Department. In this compassionate role, you will be responsible for supporting our Dutch-speaking clients who seek veterinary care and advice for their pets. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries about services, scheduling appointments, and assisting with any related concerns. If you are passionate about animal welfare, possess strong communication skills, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we would love to have you on our team.


Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to veterinary services.
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments and understanding available services.
  • Address questions about pet health care, treatment options, and recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborate with veterinary professionals to convey relevant information to clients.
  • Stay informed about veterinary practices and pet care trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the veterinary or pet care sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on compassion and customer consideration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
