Urgent: FULL TIME Dutch Speaking Customer Service

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Veterinary Services Department. In this compassionate role, you will be responsible for supporting our Dutch-speaking clients who seek veterinary care and advice for their pets. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries about services, scheduling appointments, and assisting with any related concerns. Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to veterinary services.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and understanding available services.
• Address questions about pet health care, treatment options, and recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
• Collaborate with veterinary professionals to convey relevant information to clients.
• Stay informed about veterinary practices and pet care trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the veterinary or pet care sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on compassion and customer consideration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software or appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
