Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Engage with clients to assess their online payment needs and deliver expert consultation.
  • Assist in the configuration and integration of payment solutions on client platforms.
  • Provide prompt support for technical inquiries related to payment processes in Danish.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they gain maximum benefits from our solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance and develop our product offerings based on client feedback.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and trends in online payment solutions.
  • Gather client insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in consulting, customer support, or a relevant field within online payment systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online payment processes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Adept at identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Technical knowledge of payment systems and software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and supportively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
