Responsibilities
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Engage with clients to assess their online payment needs and deliver expert consultation.
- Assist in the configuration and integration of payment solutions on client platforms.
- Provide prompt support for technical inquiries related to payment processes in Danish.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they gain maximum benefits from our solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance and develop our product offerings based on client feedback.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and trends in online payment solutions.
- Gather client insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in consulting, customer support, or a relevant field within online payment systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online payment processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Adept at identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Technical knowledge of payment systems and software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and supportively.
