Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent for our Virtual Assistant Department. In this unique role, you will provide comprehensive support to customers utilizing virtual assistant services, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting challenges, and enhancing their overall experience. Your proficiency in Dutch will be essential to effectively communicate with clients and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch related to virtual assistant services.
• Assist users with setting up and maximizing the use of virtual assistant features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently while providing clear guidance.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay informed about evolving trends in technology and virtual assistant capabilities.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help refine and improve service offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or virtual services, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with virtual assistant technologies and platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
