In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers as they navigate their airline reservations. Your primary responsibilities include managing booking requests, addressing inquiries about flights and fares, and resolving any issues that may arise during the booking process. Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in German for airline reservation inquiries.
  • Assist customers with making, changing, and canceling flight reservations.
  • Offer information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document interactions accurately for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure speedy resolution of inquiries.
  • Stay informed about airline policies and industry updates to effectively assist customers.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline sector is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems or customer service software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
