Your main objective will be to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to streamline their payment processes. You will engage with clients through various channels to resolve their queries, provide expert advice, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Consult with clients on their payment solution requirements and deliver customized support.
- Assist in the setup and integration of online payment systems for client platforms.
- Respond to technical inquiries and payment process questions in German.
- Provide training sessions for clients to maximize utilization of our payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experiences.
- Collect client feedback to help drive product development and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry standards and trends in online payments.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in consulting or customer support related to online payment systems is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and online payment solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relations.
- Aptitude for analyzing customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Technical knowledge of payment platforms and related software is desirable.
