- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, assisting them with any inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, helping clients understand how to effectively utilize our products.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactively provide support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling our services and collaborate with the sales team to enhance client relationships.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address any challenges.
- Prepare and share educational materials such as guides and webinars to help clients leverage our solutions.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Previous experience in a customer success, support, or similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot client issues effectively.
- Proficiency in time management and the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools will be beneficial.
