Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our German-speaking clients, ensuring their success with our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing exceptional support, guidance, and insights that empower clients to achieve their goals. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, assisting them with any inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, helping clients understand how to effectively utilize our products.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactively provide support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling our services and collaborate with the sales team to enhance client relationships.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address any challenges.
  • Prepare and share educational materials such as guides and webinars to help clients leverage our solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer success, support, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot client issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in time management and the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools will be beneficial.
  • Flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules with potential on-call support.
