In this role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive services and products. Key Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service in French by addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions for complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed about company products, features, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers, building strong relationships and promoting reliable service.
  • Participate in continual training to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service capabilities.
  • Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in the automotive or related industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, aimed at providing outstanding customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about new products and services will be considered a plus.
