Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities:
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients to understand their online security needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and optimization of our security software to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolutions for client inquiries.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to empower clients in using our security products effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and outcomes for future reference and analytics.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity to provide relevant insights and advice to clients.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or technical support, preferably in software or cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong understanding of online security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
